- At the 2026 meeting, the following addendums were made to the by laws:
- 4.7: Advisory Board. There was no opposition to adding an Advisory Board. The duties of Advisory Board are as follows:
- Board members must have held previous role(s) on the Board;
- Details of the duties of the advisory board will be added soon.
- 4.8: Sargeant at Arms: Will assist the President and other officers during business meetings with:
- meeting procedures;
- speaking limits;
- voting;
- ensuring that meetings remain respectful, organized and fair.
